Your tasks:

Head of department:

  • Responsibility for the optimal operation of the vitalOase
  • Target group and professional advice for our guests
  • Scheduling and organization of the applications
  • Development of new sales strategies and offers
  • Compliance with hygiene standards
  • Monthly financial statements to the management

leadership:

  • Leadership and guidance of employees
  • Drafting of duty roster and coordination
  • Control and safeguarding of the specialist knowledge of all employees
  • Promotion and further training of employees

Cosmetics:

  • Cosmetic and wellness treatments
  • Relaxation treatments
  • Sale of applications and care products

 

You bring:

  • Professional and management experience in a comparable position
  • Completed training as a beautician (m / f / d) or a comparable training
  • Experience in the spa and wellness area of ​​the hotel industry would be ideal
  • Experience in product advice and sales
  • Knowledge of the hotel software "Protel" would be desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Enjoyment of working with discerning hotel guests
  • Flexibility in working hours including weekends and holidays
  • Resilience, reliability and team spirit
  • a well-groomed appearance, a positive charisma and very good manners complete your profile
