Sales manager (m / f / d)

Your tasks:

  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Sales, event sales in Germany, MICE and Leisure
  • Key Account Management
  • Sustainable maintenance of a defined customer portfolio
  • Long-term customer connection and profit-relevant increase in business volume
  • Framework contract agreements with key accounts, business review
  • Marketing activities
  • Organization and implementation of sales promotion measures and customer events
  • Presentation of the hotel at trade fairs and events as well as at partners
  • Planning and executing sales flashes and telemarketing campaigns
  • Creation of mailings

You bring:

  • Sound professional experience in sales
  • Initiative, sales and administrative skills
  • Optimistic, motivated and resilient sales person
  • Enjoy working with customers, guests and a great circle of colleagues
  • Confident negotiation skills as well as excellent German and English skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, confident manner and negotiation skills

  • Target and customer-oriented way of working - sales and sales-oriented thinking
  • a well-groomed appearance, natural warmth
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office products, ideally knowledge of the hotel
  • Creation of reports and statistics
  • High flexibility, strong teamwork, willingness to travel (car driving license) and enjoy working with people
