Event sales management

For our sales, we are looking for you as a parental leave replacement until January 15.01.2022, XNUMX. We will speak openly and in good time about how the path will continue for you.

Your tasks:

  • Leading the sales team
  • Coordination of all incoming events
  • Advice, planning, arrangement and organization of events for up to 200 people
  • Develop event concepts and offer preparation
  • Creation of contracts and organizational plans
  • Customer care
  • Follow-up talks
  • Maintenance of the existing customer file
  • Creation and evaluation of statistics
  • Monitoring the booking situation and corresponding activities
  • Continuous adjustment of sales development to the market
  • Participation in market analysis and strategy development  
  • Help with the new acquisitions of customers and guests   
  • Maintenance of our databases as well as participation in sales promotion measures  
  • Responsibility for the coordination and implementation of house tours and customer events
  • Ensuring optimal and efficient collaboration with all departments involved

You bring:

  • Sound experience in event sales in the upscale hotel industry
  • You have already gained experience in managing employees and teams
