You are a finance professional with

• Several years of experience in the financial sector as a businessman, financial specialist or business economist. You have already headed a finance department or team, or worked in an alternate role. You are sure to have mastered annual planning, controlling, business administration and balance sheets.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and employment contracts as well as basic knowledge of labor law.
• Knowledge of building law, fire protection and accident prevention is an advantage.
• If you have already worked in the hotel industry, this is an advantage; however, it is not a must.

• You are a team player with a good balance between strategic and operational approaches.
• You communicate appreciatively in German; occasionally also in English.
