Your tasks:

  • As a night auditor, you are responsible not only for check-in and check-out activities, but also for the creation of various reports and statistics for night duty
  • A large part of your area of ​​responsibility also includes the activities at the end of the day and the preparatory work for our accounting
  • Acceptance of reservation inquiries (both by telephone and by walk-in guests)
  • Care for guests before, during and after your stay
  • Responsible management of the reception desk
  • Preparation of mailings
  • other reception work

You bring:

  • Completed training, preferably in the hotel and restaurant industry
  • Excellent communication skills, good knowledge of German and English
  • Organizational talent and warmth
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • well-groomed appearance and good manners
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Ideally, knowledge of the Protel hotel software
