Jane Uhlig is a certified yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Kundalini, and Business Yoga, as well as a trained trainer for meditation, mindfulness, and resilience. She also runs her own practice for Psychotherapy according to the Heilpraktikergesetz (HPG), hypnosis and personality development, in which she accompanies people professionally and empathetically on their path to greater mental strength and emotional balance.
With over 15 years of experience in holistic health promotion and personal development, she combines body-oriented methods with modern approaches from psychology, coaching, and stress prevention. Her services are aimed equally at private individuals as well as professionals and managers in a professional context.
As a Book author Jane Uhlig has published several management books – including “Blondes in Management”, “Agile company” and “Courage to act”In her publications, she addresses current topics in leadership, corporate culture, and change processes—always with a clear focus on humanity, attitude, and inner strength in professional life.
Her teaching and coaching style is characterized by warmth, clarity, and a deep understanding of individual life paths. She guides people mindfully and purposefully – whether on the yoga mat, in the seminar room, or in therapeutic practice.

The educational leave program teaches practical methods from yoga, meditation, and mindfulness that specifically contribute to stress prevention in professional and everyday life. It also addresses key topics such as resilience, stress resistance, work-life balance, and the social significance of sustainable stress management.
In a balanced combination of theoretical inputs, practical exercises and interactive workshops, participants learn to strengthen their personal stress management skills and to permanently integrate effective stress prevention strategies into their everyday lives.
