At Miranu Spa, experienced beauty and massage experts dedicate themselves entirely to your well-being. Pampered from head to toe, you can simply let go – we take care of everything that enhances your beauty and inner balance.

Our services include soothing facials, relaxing massages, gentle peels, nourishing body wraps, body shaping, and modern cosmetic treatments using advanced equipment. These are complemented by lovingly performed hand and foot treatments.

Treat yourself to some time out – whether a day spa or several days of wellness. A moment just for you.

We wish you a relaxing time in our wellness area and ask you to follow this little guide.
Our village family is always available to assist you with any concerns or requests.

Rest

Speak softly, move mindfully. No phone calls/voice messages/videos in the spa.
In quiet rooms: silence.

Age regulation

Saunas for ages 16 and up. Pool & relaxation areas: children under 16 only during designated children's hours (09:00 - 11:00 am & 16:00 - 17:00 pm) with parental supervision and quiet behavior.

Textiles & Sauna

Saunas: no clothing allowed, towel used as a complete base.
Pool & other areas: textiles required; bathrobe & slippers in the walkways.

Hygiene & Order

Please shower before using the saunas, after each sauna session, and before using the pool.
Towels must be used as a base on all loungers/seats; loungers cannot be reserved.
Store personal belongings in the locker.

Reservations & Punctuality

Book early; spontaneous appointments are not always possible.
Please arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes before your appointment.
In case of delay: treatment time will be shortened, but the price will remain unchanged.
Cancellation: free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, after that full charge.

Important information about your application

Please inform us about your health, medications & pregnancy so that we can optimally adjust the pressure, handles & products.
Price advantage: From €149 treatment value, guests pay 50% of the day spa entrance fee on the same day – for extended relaxation time in the pool and relaxation area.

Valuables

Please do not bring valuables into the spa; we accept no liability for the contents of lockers.
Please leave your jewelry at the hotel reception.
Please hand over any lost and found items to the spa team.

Refreshments & Bistro

In the spa: orange/lemon water and nuts (included).
Our Spa-Bistro AIKOI: daily 12:00–19:00.
Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

Sustainability (from March 1st)

No more disposable slippers in the spa bag.
Please bring your own slippers – alternatively, reusable slippers are available for €7.

wellness bag

1 bathrobe + 3 towels against deposit (without disposable slippers).
Additional towel/bathrobe changes (day guests): cleaning fee.
